Liftin'

It's spring break right now and I feel as if I have been slacking at the gym lately. So I went to the gym and pushed myself super hard. Every part of my body is  exhausted and will probably be sore tomorrow. 

What are your guys' favorite workouts?

  3. Planks and push-ups. I just build up muscle endurance. Then I do clap push-ups when I want that tiny bit of extra muscle. But what the Hell, I'm a runner. Why do I need upper body strength?

  4. I don't mind most cardiovascular workouts as well as long-distance running.

  5. Usually lifting beers to my mouth.

  6. I generally do a significant amount of weightlighting, particularly upper body since I'm limited with own of my legs.
